SAIL'N'DINE
The ultimate sailing experience on Windermere, why not combine the
excitement of sailing and dining on beautiful Lake Windermere on the
luxury 34'yacht 'EXCALIBUR' with John & Judie Surridge. You will be picked
up from the Chestnuts and transfered to the Excalibur where your unique
dining experience will begin enjoy sailing Lake Windermere before dropping
anchor in a secluded bay to enjoy a 5 course gourmet dinner (wine
included).
The ambiance on board has to be experienced, total strangers leave as if
old friends. A short cruise back to shore then transport back to the
Chestnuts.
We are offering 3 nights accommodation, midweek, with 1 Sail ' n ' Dine

Sail n Dine can cater for 2 - 8 persons for formal meals and up to 12 for
buffet occasions, why not celebrate that special occasion.
Sale n Dine specialise in small wedding receptions (up to 12 people) they
sail all year round and have full central heating for cold weather
sailing.

A veritable feast to set you up for
the day. After an hours sail we drop anchor and offer you a full
Cumbrian breakfast - Cumbrian sausage, local ham, tomatoes, mushrooms,
black pudding, scrambled eggs from our own poultry and fried potatoes,
followed by hot crumpets with jam, and tea/coffee to complement the
repast. No need for lunch after that! |

To finish the meal, our
cheeseboard with a fine selection of local cheeses has become a
well deserved talking point with our patrons over the years, and
the port bottle is placed on the table for you to help yourself. |

mints, we sail back to the jetty by the light of the moon and stars -
and a torch. The end of a memorable evening and the start of many new
friendships.
